- Payment Process:
1. The customer agrees to book 50% of total amount at the beginning of the production.
2. The customer pay another 50% of total amount after the production.
3. The product will be delivered to the customer. - Technical Diagnostics: We automatically collect network identifiers (IP addresses), browser types, system configurations, and interaction logs via functional cookies to maintain platform health.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your operational data is utilized exclusively to:
- Deliver, optimize, and maintain the interactive performance of our 3D jersey configuration workspace.
- Bridge communication and package precise manufacturing specs directly to your selected external suppliers.
- Process infrastructure billing, handle asset transactions, and issue operational updates.
- Enforce security protocols and mitigate unauthorized platform replication or scripting threats.

We do not sell your personalized design matrices or tracking information to corporate advertisers. Disclosures are strictly limited to:
- Designated Jersey Suppliers: When you explicitly authorize production, your target vector assets, color profiles, and contact details are structural data provisions shared with that factory.
- Infrastructure Vendors: Trusted entities supporting our cloud hosting, performance analytics, and database security operations under strict data processing agreements.
- Legal Mandates: Situations where regulatory compliance, judicial orders, or user safety validation command institutional access.
